Just found out you have to post her for serious feed-back :)

Meet my niece and nephew: Tom and Marije. I'n usually not a people photographer (though I shot two weddings to keep my hobby afordable) so I'dd really apreciate some feedback.

Do I love these so much because I love the children that are on, or are they really good photographs? Cynlee allready mentioned that the blue ball in the most top post and shot is distracting.. thanks!

Thanks, Johannes

I think they are really good photographs !
I like the composition for all of them - you are shooting on the same level as the subject and showing a great range of expressions.
As far as I can tell from a web image they look to be high quality: a good range of tones & colour, good exposure and dof, not overly cropped or sharpened, but the proof is in printing.

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

I have already given My Novice Opinion....and...perhaps it is I that is out of Kilter...but...why is the Head of the Child sliced at the top...spoils the first 3 Shots IMHO.

i really think they are excellent shots too! w/ the exception of the 1 minor detail i had mentioned, although some do not like to edit or clone out anything but relish in the fact there was "no postwork!" fine with me ;] the presentation is unique... overlapping the edges... & feel that is a personal preference to do so... works compositionally

Cute family compelation photos. I could post some...but I'm afraid I'd have to categorize such disfunctional work as "family complications. :-)

I think these are great shots too! I don't see anything wrong about them and can not offer any constructive criticism since I find them all really good!
