Did you register with E-ON your purchase back then? Because if you haven't registered, then they can not have the possibility to verify that you're a legitimate user. It's very important to always register with the companies all the products you buy. As for the E-On contact, you must look for it at www.e-onsoftware.com. I don't think we have here different contacts than you might find there.
Orio's right, if you registered your Vue 4, e-on will help you out. Go to the Support Link, click on Contact a Technician, and select Vue 4 as your product and "issue not listed here". This will take you to a page where you can enter your user and Vue 4 info (have your Vue 4 serial number handy) and tell them about the problem. They're pretty good at responding within a couple of days.

Sorry to ask, but can not get eon's email responses. When living in the USA several years back, bought 8 or more, extra plants bundle, zip files and serial numbers, however since moving back to Australia, that pc and serial numbers got destroyed,still have zip files and opened files, but no serial numbers for those plants, can eon re-supply those numbers again, same vue-4 serial number, different email user now to then., also need an e-on contact please. Ta. Gary..
