Well, two days of it anyway. :^)

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

I thought the broom handled mauser was a 7mm. I always thought that was a cool looking gun even before star wars.

hmm..could be, but 9mm is a pretty standard pistol round..;) don't know what that works out to in blaster bolts..;)

Poor you.... I went scuba diving on my vacation, but only because I can model any other time. I never model in my vacation, I'd rather enjoy other things when I've got vacation.

Great model. If you modelled after the Mauser, you're pretty bang on. Although, I personally never understood why Hans needed a scope. He shot the thing like he just got off a horse.

Well looked it up. I remember that the broomhandle had a weird caliber and I was right. It had a 7.63 cartridge or a 30 cal. Anyways here is a page with mor einfo on the original gun han solos blaster was modeled from.
