Subject: green screen question

I have some footage filmed with green screen. I want to take out the greenscreen and replace with a poser background..so some of the action takes place in a ring..I have no problems with a straight on shot where the green screen is directly behind the actors but how do you do it when they run ropes or go into the corner? I have green screen on three sides but how do you "stretch" the background and wouldnt you need the same bland background and anybody got any idea on what poser products I could use for said background...it has a horror feel to it. Thank you.

You could apply the image to a square prop and then use magnets to deform the square

You might find that the image gets distorted if you use that method. Another option would be to deform the square first (before adding the image) and then add an extended (i.e. horizontally larger image with more 'info' on the picture than you originally intended.

I've been expirementing with similar stuff in P4, this might help... http://www.sparkyworld.co.uk/3d7own.htm Also purchased one of Jepe's Movie Props... http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=25823 to see how video can be mapped to planes in P5, but can't get it working yet. It's not the products fault something I'm missing. But my guess planes are the direction you should be looking at. If you get this working can you post a how to here ? heres very little 1-2-3 types of walkthroughs for poser and video around. Particulary lighting and chromakey. Which is a shame as you get some really professional results by video within poser.

Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.
