I have a temple object from free stuff somewhere that I want to use with V5E it says I need to convert it first, where and how do I do that? Help please!

You shouldn't have to convert it to anything. You can import all kinds of file formats. Maybe a little more specifics as to exactly what kind of item it is. As in, obj/3ds/lwo/shd etc. Would be helpful. Also, what does it want to convert it to?

I think it is an old v4 vob that needs a convertion. There is a converter on the CD for this i think - i am not sure wether it still is there. Unfortunaltely it does not work very well so be careful and don't destroy your original. One way is to find a Vue 4 installation, load it in there and save it again. That might work.

It is apparently older than Vue 4 even I will try it with my Vue 4E install

Yes, that should work. Iff you are on Windows and not on Mac.

It's the "old scene converter" on the CD. Never had a problem with , Wabe, but hey, this is e-on after all..
