My photo in the Nostalgia category is one of an old barber shop that has been around for many, many years. The day of the barber pole is just about gone and I think many men used to enjoy sitting on the porch and chatting while they waited their turn in the barber's chair. :-) It brings back memories of going with my Dad and smelling that wonderful smell of the Barber Shop. :-) Enjoy!

BEAUTIFUL ENTRY MAGGIE!!!!!!!! Hmmm...im not that sure i would feel too comfortable with a guy standing behind me with a sharp knife pressed against my neck...and even pay him to do so sounds rather stupid to me, lol. Have a fantastic weekend ya hear. #:O)

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

:-))) Thank you so much Cyn and Doug and Sheila and Andreas!!! :-) I'm so happy you liked it. I almost missed it and walked right past...duh! lol It was on the return walk that I took notice of it. Doug you want more of the barber shop or just more nostalgia in general? I can give it a go ..hehe :-))) Sheila if you know anyone who would like to buy a copy just let me know..
