This bed came from Asheville, NC(USA). It was made in the early 1800's. I purchased this from my mother. The wood is a rosewood veneer with some solid parts. Sorry, with remodeling going on and the place a mess, this is the best image to show. The footboard looks very similar. This bed contains the snores of many generations of folks. I have contributed to that for about 25+ years. TomDart.
