Has someone morphs to fit this 2 hairtyles to the victoria 3 character ?

Try Netherworks' hair conversion kits. One of them converts Posette and V2 hair to V3. Or perhaps Wardrobe Wizard, if you have that.

Alice Hair isn't a V3 hair? Hmmm, I use it for V3 and don't have any problems doing so.

I think it was originally for Posette. I never have the least trouble fitting either of these (or any other hairstyle) to V3 - a slight tweak of Y tran and Z tran, sometimes a slight adjustment of X scale and Z scale - takes only a moment. I don't see any need for conversion kits.

There are also differences in ear placement. Magnets are perfect for this.

This is the Alice hair applied to V3 in the default position it landed in. I've looked at the image at Koz's site, and it looks the same as this image so far as I can tell.
