I just tried to download 3 products in the "Update" area and 2 of them didn't work. I only got one shot at the download. Can you reset the 2 that didn't work please? They are: Poisoned Ivy And Batlab's PVC Gear D Dark Princess in the updated product area of my purchases. Thank you!
