I am surprised in the tutorial section here at renderosity, their is nothing for Poser 6 or a Poser 6 section in that matter. I was looking for a IBL lighting tricks.

If you do a forum search (first select Archive to get all messages - then get a cup o' tea - then search for IBL). There are many good threads. Surprised as well to see no tutorials. Check this also: Advanced Image Based Lighting in Poser 6 There is also a good tutorial product in the MarketPlace by H-Mann (hmann).

You'll find some more about Poser 6 at Mec4D's tutorial section...

Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

I would suggest the following links for anything Poser 6 related: FAQ "" Tutorials "" Resources "" Forum "" The forum has some great threads that have evolved into mini tutorials - worth reading the archives too.

There are definitely no Tutorials on IBL - I checked myself. There were a bunch of threads in this forum about IBL when Poser 6 was initially released into the wild. P6::::::IBL AO Light::::: Movie composition with 3D :::: preview images Image Based Light with AO ::Poser6::::::::test image::::::::: P6 tip - DirtyNuts style dirt shaders using Ambient Occlusion And you'll note that, yeay, most of these are initiated by Mec4D. :)

Yes, seen those, and do have em in my favorites long time ago. I am putting a heads up here in renderosity to have a "Poser 6" in the tutorial section. Think we/I like doing "Forum searching"

IBL's looks pretty complicated from looking at sphere pics, and before and afters. Be nice to have "Add a light", do this and that. Then we/I can get an understanding about IBL's a lot easier. Sorry, that is how my brain works. I am not getting any younger. Although I try to stay and feel young.
