Hi guys, just got a new feature for Google Earth - *you dont have Google Earth? **GET IT!*** - that enables you to see the day/night border of our world.

FANTASTIC!!! ;)

And very useful if you have friends all over the world. As I cannot upload it here, just PM or e-mail me and I send it to you. Ulf

Ooooooh!!! That is coooooool!!! Could sure come in handy. ME WANTS IT!!!!! Ill drop you an IM with my e-mail if you dont mind. #:O) hmm....wonder how that looks during the summer when we here in northern sweden never have nights???

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Not only can you see day/night images Google Earth allows you to zoom in to any where on the planet. The level of detail is mind blowing. I was able to show my friends the house I lived in at the beach in San Diego. You have got ot check it out:}

I don't think the images are real-time, but I could be wrong. I recall something about it being in an upgrade. :)

well, first, it was a picture generated by myself out of google earth, so I dont know if it is a copyright problem ... I might be wrong, but I think when saving something by the save function of a program it is not under the copyright of the creator of the software ... and the picture is updated ... dont know how actual that is, but if you load it in your google earth and open the edit options of the day/night file you see the 1 minute up-date set-up ... I am open for any corrections, of course ... have a nice day/evening/night ... Ulf
