Lately I've been hanging around the bad part of town taking pictures of old doors and windows. Here are some models I've created and applied the edited photos as textures. This weekend I am going to Salem Mass. I plan to take the digital camera and get more rusitc photos. Maybe some slate roofs and cobblestome walkways. Would anyone be interested in these. The cleaned up textures and grayscale bump maps I mean? smerc

smerc, Yea those look great. I wonder if the Bryce Forum is going to have a Fun Stuff type section for Materials and such?

What would be the best format to post them? br3, or raw pics with grayscale images? smerc

Maybe both? or greyscale with a tutorial? Whatever is easiest for you to do.

Wow, love these. I'm a 'door person' anyhow-take pictures of doors (and windows sometimes) wherever I find interesting ones. Thse are just great textures (both the textures and bump maps). Hope you do post them. Diane

Just got back from Salem and Boston. Spent hours reading 151 posts on the Forum. Sunday I will try and post what you see here. Gonna spend the rest of night uploading images from camera to computer. thanks for the comment smerc
