hi i have bought ob's forearm crutches but i couldn't find where i can download it. in my purchase history i can see the crutch but in download nothing is written. can anyone help me?

If this was your first purchase, you need to be approved first. (They've had problems with fraud and such.) It's only for your first purchase. You'll be able to download your purchases instantly after this.

I had BOTH of my credit cards declined recently because the system can't seem to verify my address and this has happened before, months ago. It DOES, however, authorize the money on my card. That means I DON'T get my purchase, but I also lose my money for several days until the authorization drops off. I make LOTS of online purchases and Renderosity is the ONLY one that ever declines me like this. I will most likely not even be trying to buy anything from Renderosity for a very long time. That's most unfortunate, too, because I would love to support the artists here whenever I can. :(
