A touch choice, and I would have liked any had you just put it in your gallery without asking, but I would have to go with the bottom as my favorite, it seems the most dynamic. Now, if you would return the favor... ;]

I like all of them, but number 3 is my favorite...because the forground.....wonderful place to be

Without a doubt i would go with number one. I think it has the best composition but the sky also has a slightly different tone in that one that appeals to me. Gorgeous captures all three though. #:O)
How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when
isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is
supposed to be fire and brimstone?

1 has the best composition, but the hook catches the eye. what is the photo trying to say? "Lovely bay", or "Gee, we have weird rocks"? 2 is ok, it leads the viewer further into the scene, but I get the feeling that some picnickers or something should be on the rock. 3 has the focal point on that orange toothy rock, and the more dynamic composition gives it more emotion... menace? danger? rocks breaking off into the water? Perhaps cropping a bit from the right would help the composition? Carolly
Okay...i would like to edit my first reply. Of course you should go with the middle one. The composition is simply outstanding in that one. So ignore my first suggestion that you should go with number 1...yup...number 2 alright.

No I go with the second picture. I disliked the two rocks. ( The first peicture has a rock ruining the view on the left the third has one ruining the view on the right! ) But I agree they are all good pictures. It funny I really didn't think of the open rock in the second picture as being large enough for a person to stand on. To me it's only big enough for maybe one person to sit on. Interesting. Bsteph
OK what happened was Andreas edited his message. What happens is you lose the coding of your first message, and any further typing will create what happened here. Hard to explain...Best thing to do when doing html in these forums is always click Preview Post and see how it turns out.

I agree with Doug... As I also frequently use HTML in my notes, except for the very repetitive things, I always try it before! I've just arrived in front of my screen and haven't seen anything about the "chaos" but I can imagine that our "dear sweetie sweedish boy" just forgot to close one of his "tags"... It's not so hard to explain, Doug, in HTML a tag is active as long as it's not closed, untill the end of the document... This is half true because HTML has been designed (partly) for people with just basic IT languages knowledge. This is not true for a
tag, for example. HTML decoders, normally, assume that if a new occurrence of a tag arrives, the previous one MUST be closed so navigators close it themselves! But they cannot do that for other kind of tags like tags, for example, because you can always create inner fonts inside an outer font, etc... The best behaviour is to ALWAYS close your tags when you don't need them any more. If you refer to Oscar's "little help", in any example he gives, the tags are always closed, even if they don't have to! Have all a good day! ppWhat I was finding hard to explain was not the fact that you have to close tags, but what happens if you edit in a form. Most times editing a few minutes after, you lose what was originally in the box,and when you type something new it can grab a > with it.....therefore you have opend the tag again. So always best to preview... html editors are renouwned for highlighting more than you want,so paying attention to your typing or pasting is recommended. There Philippe..did that explain my madness?????

Ok, here am I again... The final explanation of this past tragedy is the following: You said, naughty boy, that you copied my code, yes, but... How far have you been with your cursor before pressing "ctrl-C"??? I'm pretty sure that you included the closure tags I mention in Doug's thread. "My code", as you say, stops at the closure of
tag! I bet one million dollars that you thought that it was stopping at the occurence of tag...!!! Don't tell me you didn't, sweedish terrorist!... So the extra-closure tags you included in your cell had the effect (as I presumed this afternoon) to close the outer table and we have been loosing all the format of the document provided by RR programmers. GRRRR... we should send some french politicians in your country! lol Kisses to Eija and tell her to bite you, please!prefer the second one.. richer depth of blue near the cove.. plus good depth of contrast and sharpness.. 3rd on is slightly faded in colour..even tho good landscape all three are stunning.. but colour sharpeness and contrast.. its the second one for me nikki
