I feel terrible that I didn't think of this earlier. It just came to mind that one of our Fellow Terragen and Space Artists "Markal" lives in Biloxi, Mississippi U.S.A. where so many were lost and so many are suffering the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Please say a Prayer for everyones saftey and especially for our Friend Mark Edwards (Markal) Hang in there Buddy. Love ya Man! Our Prayers are with you, Jay

We'll say a prayer, but it seems like every time I turn on CNN, the destruction is even more incomprehensible, and the conditions for those people are even more intolerable. It reminds me of what they experienced in that tsunami in Indonesia and Sri Lanka. My state is sending various flood-rescue teams and equipment, and they have to move fast to save as many as possible.

We're getting the survivors from the Super Dome, moving them to Houston's Astro Dome. I'm just horrifiedly fascinated by the coverage. Hardly seems believable that people are actually looting for clothes and such, instead of trying to get out.

My thoughts are with Katrina's victims.

I am crying inside everytime I watch the news. My prayers are for each and everyone effected by this disaster. And to have one close to you in it is sooo painful.

Let me introduce you to my multiple personalities. :)

Home working today beacuse of lack of petrol. Got enough to go to work and back tomorrow. After that I get to work in my shorts, feeling blessed because we have power. You said you weathered 3 hurricanes. I don't even live on the coast and one is enough for me. My father won't stay with us. He thinks he still has property in Pascagoula. My brother sent a text message that said you can see the gulf from a road a mile away. The bad thing about that is, there used to be trees and neighborhoods between where he was standing and the gulf. The bodies are piling up on the coast and still the looters are the big story in New Orleans. Most of the gulf Coast was destroyed, not just flooded. Nothing is left. People are looting and price gouging as far north as Jackson (where I live). It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Say prayes, say lots of prayers.
