First, to remove that redish color cast!!! LOL@Teddy!! Love the truck! ;)

I had a go at it! This pic reminds me of an old postcard for some reason. Anyway, here's what I did! I first rotated it a tad to straighten it, then removed that color cast, slightly desaturated it, contrasts and exposure adjustement, added a soft filter (50%), frame and slight sharpening. A sepia toning would be pretty cool with this as well I think!

I like the first as well...maybe not with quite so much of the red taken out, though it does have a certain charm that way. Next, I would take a page from Pimbotin's book. No, don't add a bimbo, but perhaps adjust the perspective so the verticles are more straight up and down. Very nice!

I quite like #1 as it is, the telegraph pole (or whatever it is) is IMO part and parcel of the scene. #2 looks too clean, though to be fair if I didnt see #1 it would be perfectly acceptable, it does look a little pixleated to me though. Quite like tibet2004uk's version too. Overall I think it is a great find with lovely atmosphere.

Thanks all. You know this is to me what the forum can be all about. Tedz thanks for the dbl decker and Tibet for the post card! I dunno I think a lovely lady may be just what the doctore ordered. Hmmm maybe we should do this more often. Bsteph
