It includes a butcher knife, scalpel, mallet and chisel, hand axe, large syringe, surgical retractor, and of course a saw. Plus a handy tray to keep them in.
These are best used in P5/6 as they use some procedural textures, but they will load and work in P4 as well.
It should appear in freestuff soon but if you want it now, you can get it from the link. Enjoy!
