I recently interviewed a guy from Glasgow University and part way through we got to chatting about 3D (like you do). He mentioned the 3D scanning work being done at Glasgow University which can scan part or all of a human body and make a VRML mesh file. Using 3D Exploration you can convert this to .obj format and import into Poser. Here are three of their files taken from real people. They are a bit variable but one of them is clearly a great improvement on Dork. With a bit of work and some morphs he could be terrific. This could be the future for Poser. Maz
