Been looking all over for a kaleidoscope program for my own PC. Where did you find it? It probably was seeing a kaleidoscope screensaver on a much earlier Mac that finally made me realize how cool computers were, and turned me into a computer geek in the first place.

I never got a Mac, but I've been hooked for years now. The PC I just got about two months ago, is my fourth. My fifth, if you count the 5 year old notebook, I still have and use.

my current project (updating my copy of GG's chinese junk) got an idea to work it into one of ICMs great images which he has granted permission to try. down sampled from 1600x1200.

Wow! What an eclectic mix! It's really surprising what you guys have on your desktops. Not at all what I was expecting. Perhaps we should have a go at depicting what each other SHOULD have as their pics....

Incarnadine ( ) posted Mon, 12 September 2005 at 10:20 PM

BT - Yeah, I see I am not the only one to catch that icon, NDA I suppose... ICM, getting happy with the textures, gotta do some additional rigging and some cargo/deckstuff and then it's ready to go. XP can do the transparent background, mine are all set that way (bambleweeney, bambleweeney portable and work's box). CD, I can understand that, I also sometimes use some of my naughty works or figure studies photography images (except at the office of course!)

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
