Not offhand. The closest we currently have are Noggin's crocodile and lizard.

Here is a Lizard in 3D Max, it looks similar to a Komodo

Digimation has a Komodo and monitor lizard for sale in a variety of polycounts and file formats (including .obj), but prices start at $94 for the low-res version.

Are these usable in Poser -- sometimes I can get things into Poser but they come as immobile props with no posing ability. Also, would you have a link for digimation???

http://digimation.com/models/UI/Catalog/BrowseCatalog.aspx?CategoryID=2221 For the free 3D Max one you can't use that in Poser. If you have 3D Max you can export as an obj or 3ds file and then use it in Poser. Not sure if the demo version of 3D Max would let you export.

There is a Komodo dragon by Debra Ross at Vista Internet. It's intended as a Poser model so is poseable. Price is $20.

Thanks for all the assist -- The Ross dragon is not too realistic, but maybe with some better textures it would work... after visiting the Digimation site I have to ask... why are those models so expensive??? I mean some are up to $2500... I don't get it. Some are completely undetailed and unrealistic, but they're fetching $300 and up. I'm obviously missing something...

It's known as "whatever the market will bear".

The Poser community is made up mainly of individuals who consider 3D a part-time hobby, and so Poser products are priced accordingly.

Digimation caters to a different market, with deeper pockets and different expectations.

Digimation offers its Komodo as an .obj Could this be imported and still maintain its posability or would it just be a rigid prop???

Little_Dragon, I take the point about different markets but the Komodo dragon at the Digimation site is extremely low poly, has no textures, and costs $94. Deep pockets and low expectation is the phrase that comes to mind for those who buy there! I think we're very lucky in the Poser world with the quality of stuff on sale.

The mesh itself doesn't include Poser's joint parameters, and won't be posable on import. You'd need to rig it yourself, entirely from scratch or by modifying an existing figure's joint setup.
