I think this came with XP, found it on my HD so threw it on. I'm using it for inspiration for a Bryce image... haven't gone far with it, tho.

CrazyDawg ( ) posted Tue, 13 September 2005 at 12:23 AM

Tempest that scull image you have i also have it. Not a bad image..I'm no using that one on my comp. the one i have is like a very well done naked vicky with wings..almost human looking ;)

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

Downsized from 1600x1200. That grouping in the lower left corner is the 3D and 2D programs I use and/or try out. Hmmm. I should deinstall some of them because they expired... Train.tif is the cartoon render of my train model that I used as wallpaper. I removed it, because I'm not the desktop image kind of guy.

A couple of Truespace models I've been morking on and a mountain texture. Cut down from 1600x1200.

It might be boring, but at least I've got my logo on it :-) Len. (Anti-clutter).

Here's mine.... not sure who the artist is though

Reminds me of tafkat's work (Simon... don't remember his full name or previous nick) - used to bryce some great stuff and some cool painter works.

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!

Desktop screens, which one? I run four main screens at one time and switch between them. The second monitor helps too. :)

I never intended to make art.

This whole thread reminds me of the OLD days when this is how we "uploaded" our Challenge pics, everybody, all into one thread. At that point you HAD to have a cable modem to bring up the whole post. Or...an hour of refreshing the page... AS

AgentSmith - ZBrush2. Cool, I've been putting away for that, but I'm gonna wait until they add those new features they're showing in their promo vid's. If it's as good as it appears - I just cant wait to get my hands on it!

Yeah, I saw the ZBrush 2.5 working at Siggraph, it performs some out-and-out magic, lol. v2.5 will be out by December. The update will be free. ;o) AS

Cheers, you just answered a question for me :-)

I've just downloaded the version2 demo, I've just noticed they released it.
It's a shame I can't play with those 2.5 miracles yet though - aaaaaaaaargh!

Sorry 'bout that temporary hijack BTW :-P

I now have something that i can show you on my desktop that is well with in the TOS.. This was done with D|S and some minor post work in PS..

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

Hey 'Dawg, I think you could have posted that "un-edited" if you'd used the "nudity" tag. bump That's a majorly awesome piece of art - who's the artist?

pumeco i honestly couldn't tell you who the artist is/was. that image was sent to me last year after i started getting interested in 3d imaging.
