Subject: Kids clothing, do they exist?

Bug ( ) posted Mon, 26 February 2001 at 1:13 PM ยท edited Wed, 20 November 2024 at 6:03 AM

I'm talking about Poser kids, not Daz's latest freebie. Does anyone know if anyone has made any conforming kids clothing? I've been looking around specificlly for clothing for the poser Boy for a project I've been asked to help out on. If not, looks like I'll be the first but I may have to call upon the help of those of you that have made clothing from scratch. Anyone got any advice?

There is very little available. People here don't like kids (heh-heh). Best bet- use the templates to make your own. You can probably scale down some P4 Male tex-maps using Photoshop (or whatever) and make them fit on the templates...

Bug, This is rapidly becoming my next project. There's a definite need. I'm still working through the last steps of my current clothing model (Biz suit/skirt for P4 fem), and then it's off to kiddie land to get some stuff generated!

Thanks for the tips everyone. Joey, just thought I'd mention one strange observation I made while searching around is that the few kids clothing I have been able to find was only warm weather clothing like shorts and short seelved shirts. So there should be a demand for warmer stuff. (Can't help commenting on that, it's been between -10 to -13 degrees here the past couple weeks and I think my brain is starting to freeze)

I agree with Bug. But in fact there's bad need for almost any kind of kid's clothing. Except diapers ... g I'm looking forward to your work, joeyb! - wal
