I'd like to know if other people have problems when trying to purchase something through Content Paradise.When I purchased Miki 1020 my order apparently triggered their security software, I got an e-mail to verify that I had placed the order, I replied and it became available. Now I'm trying to purchase Shade 8 and the same thing is happening except I've replied to the "authorisation' e-mail and this time nothing. This happened approx 20 hrs ago. I'm now of the opinion that they should close the site and fix the problems unless of course this is only happening to me.

hmm..to be honest, I get emails confirming 'purchase' of even the free items, so I'm not sure if it's a problem or not..

So do I, the free items aren't a problem just my purchases.

I just found the other thread regarding the same problem 'Is CP on strike' so I'm definitely not alone on this.

Actually in your case you are. You're getting a high Antifraud score because you have your City listed as "Ave". Quickly googled and I'm not finding a city anywhere in Austrialia named "Ave" ;)

If you update your city, you'll stop tripping the Anti-fraud check.

And your order has been charged and marked complete. You can download Shade from your Mystuff Tab.

I also updated the order held message so that it will try to help you figure out why you're being put on held. In your case it will let you know we can't find the city you've entered. -Rylan

I don't have those problems, but there have been 2 problems I've had with CP. 1) all those flash animations crash my browser. I turned off gif aninmations and plug-ins in my browser and it works much better now. 2) The Miki coupon (never worked for me) and now my Koji coupon seems to have disappeared. :( bB

Count me in on having issue with CP. I purchased Koji on the 26th of this month and got the triggered security software alart. I received an email asking if I authorized the purchase, I sent back two replay e-mails stating that I did make make the purchase. I am thinking that mayby I will cancel my order with CP because it is still pending. P.S. I don't have this issue with free downloads.

I just finished the download which is why I dissapered for a couple of hours. Ave is part of my street address and shouldn't show as my city. Your're right though, I just modified my profile thanks for pointing it out. Hopefully this will solve any future problems.

mcturbo: Order unheld and you'll have no problems w/ this in the future. trevor: I've updated the site so the page you get when your order is held tells you why it was held if it was a simple thing like in your case, wrong city. I've got some other ideas to improve it for users too that I'll implement in the future. Thanks -Rylan

Yes, I tried and tried to order Miki. Wouldn't acept it. got no response from CL. Decided the big Guy upstairs did not want to play with her. Cried, sulked and tried 1 more time and yippeee she came throught. I want to testify! cheerio lululee

It looks as if the whole site is down at the moment.

AS I started this thread it's only fair to point out that my problems were partly my own fault. I don't know how part of my street address became my city but I should have spotted it when I checked my profile. Rylan (krazik) was extremely helpful and I have also recieved follow up e-mails from Mary Tobias. I'll now take this opportunity to to thank the CP team. Thank You CP team.
