Subject: PS 6 much slower?

hi ... ps 6 runs very slow ...compared to 5.5 ..is this normal ???

I don't think so , my copy of v6 runs faster on my machine as compared to v5.5. It even loads faster with all my plugs re-introduced too.

If you're on a Mac and OS9, turn virtual memory on, even if it's only 1MB more than installed memory. OS 9 / virtual memory loads and manages applications better. I can look up the source to this if you want.

no thx....i got rid of the problem ...just reinstalled ps6 and give it more memory...also i optimized my virtual memory ..its just like the other "new" programs ..they allways need more and more ressources ...g
