Hi all, I was asked over at DAZ about a Poser Version of homer I did back in 2002. I looked it over and it is really not that great so I decided to put it up as a freebee on my site: http://3d4food.com/ I just thought some of you might like to know I put it back up. It used to be a freebee here on Renderosity years back. Have a good one! tate

Omgosh that is too funny Homer!!! Thank you very much. I absolutley loved a few of your characters on your site. Wow so unique (the lady thing with no nose rules!!!) Your funky cat creature too....there were more too that were neat (Stewie ;) lol but I'm not familiar with lightwave....are the characters poser compatable or is that something you have to do on top of model them? They are not all for sale at daz, do you sell them elsewhere? If not are you thinking about it or are you keeping some goodies just for personal use??? Inquiring minds want to know ;) lol Sorry for all the questions....

Thank you.

Oh umm... Thank you! Most of the characters I do are strictly Lightwave. If there is a demand for a particular character, Like Toon-Bots, Turtle boy... ect, then I bring them in Poser to rig them and set up morphs. tate

I really like the witchy character in image no. k192. She would be perfect for images of scarey things for halloween. 8) Catlin

Bobby is highly cool, and would be a fun counterpart for Staci.

Tate, I couldn't get your site to load (probably due to alot of demand on the server right now), but I recall Scott A. also did one of these Homers back in 2000 (posehomer) which was pretty good. Scott mentioned at the time that we should "be aware that he is copyrighted by the studio who created the character in the first place".

Hmmmmmm...donuts. ;) And cool 3D figures to boot! I have TurtleBoy - no relation to TMNTs, right? :) - in my Wishlist. Now that I have some Paypal money, time to go get it. Thanks and Great Work!!

Oh that Homer! I was thinking of the Iliad and Odyssey Homer, not the famous one ;)

These are great! Positively would love that unusual lady - # k192, as mentioned by catlin. Besides Halloween, she would be great in some fairy tales and what an absolutely perfect companion she would make for Scrum.

I would love to see a posable version of Mr Hankey the Christmas Poo from South Park.

I like the Bobby model.

Hello Tate, thanks for the info, looks like I opened up a can of worms lol. If we're making votes though, should you ever decide to make them up I sure would "love" to see the lady and especially the cool cat made into poseable. Should you decide of course. Thank you again for Homer you did an amazing job on the likeness. Cheers to you, Rita

GREAT looking Homer. I have ScottA's Homer but you can never have too many Homers L Looks from your screenshot like you made a Krusty as well? puts up a begging face And the rest of those characters... the Earthworm is hilarious, and that zombie-witch thingie is fantastic. And Bobbie of course! It's the perfect computer nerd! I HOPE more of these will be available, either for sale or free.
