What outfit is GoldTassels' Pretty Baby wearing? I thought it was one of pretty3d's outfits, but its not.

I thought so at first, but The one that Pretty Baby is wearing has lapels and the knot isn't as floppy. I'm pretty sure its not School Babe Katie either. The skirt might come from any of these though.
