Hi GeorgeD, Try this and see if it helps. Open Windows Explorer and Select Tools. In the Tools window, select the File Types Tab. Locate the ZIP extension and highlight it. Next, select Advanced. Actions should be set to Open Confirm after download should be checked. The above steps will re-enable the Save As dialog box for IE users. Deb

Ok here's what's happening and hopefully someone can help me figure this out. Somehow when I try downloading anything from anywhere, when I click the link it just automaticly starts downloading the file without prompting me on what folder I want to save it. It then when completes downloading jumps into WinZip and tries to open it and 99.9% of the time the file is empty. Anyone know how I can fix this to where it prompts me to pick where I want to save the file? Thanks, GeorgeD
