Hi everyone. Im just getting started out with poser. Can anyone point me to any good tutorials/basic info? also i bought ferrah on here and i cant get it into poser... i search in the directory but its not in there to open it... but it is in the directory i double checked outside of poser. thanks in advance.

um ok i got it to open but when it opens into poser it loads the default male model?

Hi, daterxies.

Tutorial #1. Don't buy ANYTHING (else) until you get to know the basics of Poser. Be warned: many of the items (both for sale and freebies) are add-on items; you can't use them unless you have the character or prop to which they apply.

At the top of this forum (Where there's the pic with "Poser Forum" on it, there's a link to "Poser Backroom". Go there and check out the FAQs..

Also, search out anything by Dr Geep...

That's just for starters:-)

thanks for warm welcome =) and thanks for info. yous will be seeing me around more often ;) Also for future refrence im using poser 5.0 i got everything working now its just getting use to this... its pretty technical for me, but its fun :)

Its funny how just doing little scenes with this can be so addicting.. i been fooling around with it for the past 8 hours :) back to work tommorow tho :(
