Hi I have just bought poser 6 to try alongside photoshop CS2 and Bryce 5. The Poser I have is version 6.0.0.38 and I see there is an upgrade for bug fixes. Trouble is I just cant seem to download the upgrade of the poser site, I go through the name, address, serial number etc, all fine but I cant actually get anything downloaded :-( I have only managed to get the content updater. Can anyone here if possible please email me the update! Also as I havnt a clue how to use the software and having a hatred of looking at electronic manuals I see there is a new book called Poser 6 revealed with conflicting reviews! has anyone here read it and do you think it would be suitable for an absolute Poser novice (never used the software before).Thanks very much. Darren

I have that book and IMO it is very suitable for absolute novices. It's a bit of a rehash of the manual but if you only have the electronic manual, go for the book as well - it is somewhat more readable.
