Would anyone be interested in a M&M Texture for emotiguy? in addition to the red one i have A blue one and a green one. I will be posting it in the R'Osity Freebies shortly.

Me too - if this does not make any copyright problems that is. I seem to recall discussion on this subject at the time EmotiGuy was released, but unfortunately I don't remember how it ended.

I agree with Daz's position on this (see attached link). IMO, any attempt to distribute the item as an "M & M" character would be an infringement.

I don't think there should be a problem as long as no one tries to make money off of the M&M version. Also, aren't the "true" M&M characters shown with limbs instead of floating gloves & shoes? I'm not saying it looks bad that way, I'm just saying it could help distinguish this character from the original M&M characters.

Just call the textures Emoti-Guy's Halloween Costume and be done with it. Sheesh. He's going as Candy this year.

Turn his M upside down to a W, or give him a different letter. That way no one can give you flack over infringing on a trademark/copyright. He's sure a cutie and I would also download the texture if you were to make it available.
