Hi! I have been having a trying afternoon to download my purchase (keeps failing) and now it says I have exceeded my attempts. Please reset. Thanks, VRG.

Hi Debbie. Thanks you for the reset- but it still hasn't worked. Please reset me again. I am going to try using Explorer. Maybe it was a combination of bandwidth and browser. Thanks, VRG.
