Is it me or are the images being distorted once again? I was looking at some images in the galleries and some images looked distorted in the bottom half. Would this have anything to do with the new server you installed? It seemed to have happened before when you did something with your systems.

Just curious!!

Yep. Same pict corruption too. I remember the last time it happened was with a new server too.

I am getting distorted images again as well.

Hi Gang, Boy this sure does have us stumped. In order to once again try and troubleshoot this problem can you please post the OS and browser that your using. This will be a great help to us as we try and shake out this problem since we are unable to reproduce it on our end. Thanks very much for your assistance! Clint

Haven't checked the gallery but here's what an image in the Photoshop forum looks like on my pc.. It was working fine the day it was posted.. I'm using Windows IE6

I've seen similar effects here. I'm not seeing it today at the office, but I did see it last night at home.

The distortion caused gallery images to look like incompletely/badly scanned pictures. The top third or so of the gallery image would be fine: the rest of the image looked like some of the colors were missing.

It indicates the download of the image terminated prior to completion.

I was looking at this image from lululee's galler and so far the bottom half turned out like this.

OS: Windows 2000
Browser: IE 6

Hope it can get cleared up soon!!

That server again?? I noticed the forum/gallery getting slow again, with nearly 3000 on line at any time...now it is faster, but...this?? oh oh. Win2kpro SR4, IE6-latest update.

This is even wierder than before... the copy of the distorted image I posted is MORE distorted as I look at my post, and is DARK red at bottom, purple at the middle...and no not my machine or monitor etc... fine at other sites...

Huh, now it is back to the "light" distortion version.. I left and dumped cookies etc... and the members on line went from nearly 3000 to 2000...and also even befor I dumped the cookies I finished gallery hopping and this did NOT happen again...(with any other images..) very strange indeed!

2500 visitors...and problem is back and terrible!!! could it be the old bandwidth thing? :( Will come back tomorrow...

I tried to view an image early this morning in Poser Gallery and two thirds of it were distorted.
My browser is SBC IE and I run on Windows XP.
It only occurred with one image but I still can't view it.

All other images are okay. this one...Black Cat Fever. Odd.
