That all depends on what you mean.

If you're talking about straight poser to flash.
Then Make movie select .SWF in the dialogue box.

If you're talking about converting ANY .avi to flash, thats very different.

You can load avi's into flash creation software like the fully monty Macromedia flash, or for those of us on a budget
swish.

"Standalone" convertors are:

The best one I've tried is from
www.wildform.com

Sadly the free editions you'll find on cover discs may no longer work as the wildfrom registartion system doesn't work anymore - you have to pay to play :(

Or for a freebie and if you don't mind a watermark.
www.blue-pac.com/products/turbinevideo

Regardless of method you'll often find .swf files with video can huge. Sometimes its better to just create a .mpeg or .wmv and zip it.

Killing the audio in the video will reduce filesize.

If you don't need sound, a quick little SWF-builder is MotionSWF, free at this link. Its instructions are in Japanese, so here's how to use it: Build your Poser animation as separate Image Files. Put all the BMP files in one folder, with nothing else in it. Open MotionSWF, and open a separate Explorer window. Drag the folder containing the images into MotionSWF. Hit File:Convert, and fill in the compression and frame rate. Done! The SWF and a piece of HTML code to enclose it, will be in the same folder with the images.

I notice that swf in P6 does not seem to handle colors greater than 16 so the results looked pretty crappy. I MotionSWF any better??
