Subject: Content Paradise problems with Miki school uniform

Content Paradise is really becoming the opposite of paradise. It took 2 weeks for me to get Miki even thought my credit card was in perfect working order. Now I try to order the Miki school uniform and all I get is a "Page not found" Any clues to this latest schmozzel? cheerio lululee

Hello. I am sure this is frustrating. I want you to know this has not been my experience though. How many things do you have up on your computer when ou are trying this? Just a thought.

I had the same thing a while ago,after adding the file to my cart and trying to check out,i had the same problem. The only way i found it worked was to log out after i had added it to my cart,then clear the cache,log back in and check out.Paradise ha ha!

I have had that problem all morning too. It is a pity, their idea of integrating lots of products in a single location is great, but their frequent glitches are not.

I haven't been able to get the school uniform yet either. Tried with both Firefox and IE. No luck. I haven't used CP with IE before so my cache there IS empty. Still no luck :o( I want the School Uniform :o(

I ordered and recieved the uniform without a probem (firefox). the credit card thing (from what i understand) was an issue they were having that should be fixed. It might happen one more time if you have not ordered anything (on that card) after the fix was in place.

Actually I could not get as far as the credit card page. Clicking on the checkout button produced the error. In firefox, mozilla, and explorer

Apparently they've fixed whatever was wrong. I'm downloading it now. And I never closed that tab on Firefox I just tried the Go link once more and suddenly it worked! :o)

No probs downloading the uniform only answered that I bought Mike at CP.

It doesn't want to take my order number for Digital River (bought Miki at e-frontier website). It's maddening, especially since I've sent a couple emails and have gotten NO response, not in almost a week. I'm ready to say just f*** it. Laurie

Also which form did you use to contact us so I can investigate why you haven't gotten a response. was it the contact us from on CP or on www.e-frontier.com?
