Subject: Looking for a Ponytail

Hi: I am looking for a simple ponytail hair for my V3 characters. Ultimate Changing Ponytail by Daz costs a fortune, and it doesn't really have additional textures. Is it good and worth the money? How about Strike Ponytail, by Daz again? It does not look too realistic, or am I wrong? Any thoughts? I liked Kozaburo's old Ponytail for V2, which fits V3 nicely, after I convert it, using the Wardrobe Wizard. However, I only have that texture, that comes with the original package. Are there any additional textures around, that you would know about? Any other ponytails, on sites other than Renderosity and Daz? Thanks, Peter

I just got this ponytail for free for being a DAZ Platinum Club member along with about 20+ other models. Joining now, if you are not a membr already, might be something to consider. Seattletim

With the right texture set, Strike pony tails looks nice and conforms better than any other. 3Dream's ponytail is very nice too. It comes with quite a few textures and is availbe here in the Marketplace.

I admit I haven't used the Ultimate Changing Ponytail in a while, but I like it quite a bit. Very versatile. StudioMaya does a 'wild tail' that sticks out sideways-- cute and free, if not quite what you're looking for just now.

Yes, the Ultimate Changing Ponytail is very good. And it is true that you can have it for free if you join as a PC member. DAZ just added it to the PC Bonus section (in the left menu) and when you join, you get a coupon to pick 10 items from that section. The GIRL is there too and so are many wonderful products. Plus, if you join now, you get an additional coupon for 10 products from the Bonus section. Daz is celebrating PC 3rd anniversary. ;o)
