Interesting - HDRShop has added a bright light for the well-lit path! Looks great - although the hard shadows give it an indoor look (specially the shadow off his left hand). I wonder if increasing to depth mapped shadow blur would add to the outdoor feel - maybe a blur of 20 (or more!)?

I just looked at the settings on the lights. The HDRShop added 4 lights, 1 main light, and an IBL light to the scene. The shadows on all the lights except the IBL come up as 2.0 blur and 0.5 radius. I have increased the blur on all the shadow lights to 20.

I've noticed that the light color doesn't seem always right. I tried increasing the number of lights to see what effect there would be. BTW, this is an indoor scene. This is with 4 lights.

I went back to 4 lights and changed the main light from orange to pale yellow. What do you think?

Jeremy - can you post the IBL image too?
