How many pix is the camera? I just got a new 6 mega pix and dont have this prob. Cleaning up pixel artefacts in Pshop can be tricky, at times impossible. If you try to fill an area with a single colour you will often end up with patching. Unless you plan to do each pixel individually;)
I never intended to make art.
Try to open the levels and then use first white color picker and look the info pallete for information of RGB colors try to find the area which RGB is closest to 255-255-255 and click, then use black color picker and find the area closest to 0-0-0 and click, close the levels and youre pic will look much more natural, if youre conserd with artefacts, the best way is to clean channel by channel but there is many work :) Tihomir

I recently purchased a new digital camera, with more megapixels and zoom, but I still notice issues with low level lighting and how my photos turn out. I do set my camera to create the largest images with the best resolution. I utilize Photoshop for cleanup and such, but I would also like to be able to "even out" the images, such as correcting pixelation in the skin (you know the blue, red and green pixels when you zoom in). Is there a feature or technique in PS that will allow you to find a common color to apply to an area to even out the color overall? I hope I made some sense here. I have searched for tuts on the net, but nothing has come up that helps me.
