How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Nice entry Jim :)

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

Nice shot. I think I would rather be this close to a boa than as close as I was to the diamond back rattler that was in my front yard.

Nice snake, what sort of Boa is it?

Nameless_Wildness ( ) posted Sat, 29 October 2005 at 3:28 AM

Believe it to be a small type of constrictor.

Hehehehee ;) I know what a Boa is and does, I have a small collection of about 11 or so Boas and a 3 Pythons here, along with the 3 green iguanas, 2 cuban rock iguanas, 7 leopard geckos, 5 bearded dragons, 2 chinese water dragons, 11 corn snakes, a chinese cave gecko, 4 sugar gliders and a dog :D I was actually wondering what species of Boid it was as it looks more colubrid than boid.
