Subject: 20D Problem

Hello every one.
thought i tell you all the problem i have with the 20D i bought 3 months ago.just sent it in for repairs.The problem is when i insert the Battery the shuttter keeps going off .And it is turned off.????? dont no whats going on with it i treat it like a babby never dropped banged it it just happen.Allso no veiw screen. has anyone else had this problem.thank ill let you all no what becomes of this
problem.I should get it back in a couple of weeks take care. tom

l have a canon 20d.. and had no problems at all. Only problems l,ve actually had is through my own lack of understanding when placed in one shot.. Good luck .. would like to know the out come of this Tom .. take care :)

U have to insert the battery carefully and make sure it's not against any of the walls. Don't force on it. I had a prob with it once, inserted the battery but the cam didn't work! So I took the battery out and put it back in again, gently, and here u go!! Never had the problem ever again! ;)

Hi, sorry i don't have this problem may be is not the good battery. you can go to the shop where you have buy it and ask her. Sorry for my english but it's not my maternal language. have a good day Salut Dolez je n'ai pas ce proble peut-re n'est ce pas la bonne batterie. Had my View Screen go out, Canon repaired it no problem and very fast. Took less than 2 weeks. No problems since then.
