How about that "Twig" program someone was talking about a few threads back? Sackrat had it I think, but it was made by the guy who made Bantam Grass too. That actually creates a model of a tree, which might be easier - or at least POSSIBLE - to animate. AS was going to try if he could get it into the backroom, if he can contact the guy who made it. Sounds like a good idea to me...

Hi. I usually don't have many problems in Bryce, but I'm working on a Jack and the Beanstalk animation for work and have run into some problems. I created my beanstalk in the tree editor and have set all the necessary key frames to have the beanstalk grow upwards, but I also want the beanstalk to grow in thickness. For the first two seconds the beanstalk's thickness is set at 2 (in the tree editor) and is keyframed for two seconds, but when I move to the last keyframe in the animation (the 10 second mark) and change the thickness setting in the tree lab to the desired thickness (200) and keyframe that the problem starts. Once I change the thickness setting, it stays at that thickness throughout the entire animation, despite that I keyframed the first two seconds for a smaller thickness. Does anybody know why this happened and how to fix it? Sincerely, Pedrith
