Bonjour.I just bought Carrara5 ,Using beta, with a poser file in a new scene ,i am asking if it is possible to import in this scene a light preset scene coming with C5(in other words ,i want to use a set of light from another scene or preset). Thanks

Save your preset as a .car file into your browser or any file, then open that-- when you need it--to become the start for you new imagery. See the lighting presets which come in the C5 browser which you enter into the assembly room and then delete those funny objects-it's the same process.

Thanks.I found also i can copy and paste somes like lights and cameras from one scene to another. It would be nice if we can save lights ,cameras and import them in another scene without save all the scene or may be merge lights or cameras saved

Should be able to save. Did you try selecting your objects...lights? Simply drag them onto your browser tray it will let you save them w/ a name. You can then just double click on that to start a new scene or drag it onto a new scene you already started.

No need to think outside the box....
    Just make it invisible.

Another way to save light sets. Just group all of your lights and save that group to "my objects" in the brower. Ringo
