Chat has been down for the past 24 hours or so. Getting nothing but "Unable to contact host. Retrying...".

Any estimate when this will be fixed?

It has always said this:
[Chat] (no users in chat)
whenever I have logged in the last 3 years. Maybe they all wait 'til I log off to go into the chat room.
