Subject: Monitor Calibration

I know there was an article on Rendo a few weeks ago on how to check if your monitor is calibrated but I missed it could anyone give me the link? I'm tired of PS telling me my monitor isn't calibrated...

I'm not sure how to go about it for your set-up, but a quick and easy calibration can be done using the grayscale boxes on my homepage. That won't stop PS from giving u that message though.

What message? Dont you mean the color-adjustment its prompting you take?

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

I suppose. If it is a PC version of Photoshop, I am not sure what steps to take.

Tx guys I'll take a screen shot and post it here moro, I'm so tired of it, I've selected PS colour management on every level and ... NOTHING!!!

Thanx kort I can see all of the greys and whites... So I wasn't off :D Not SO blonde :D Now which is the best printer to use? Got a HP 1700 inkjet...

Whoa...printers is a whole other topic. I like Epsons personally. Finicky sometimes, but the quality is top notch!

Epson definitely!!! As Kortalouche said, the Epson quality is top notch! I have the semi-pro Epson 1290 printer and the quality is outstanding!! As for calibration, I think u already had all the help u needed! :)
