Subject: Content Paradise vs. Renderosity Market Place

Hi, I have a question regarding where to buy Poser stuff. I buy quite a lot of stuff both on the RMP and Content Paradise. I don't know if this has come up before, but i was wondering if buying an RMP item through Content Paradise makes any difference for the merchant involved (income wise)? I am quite 'lazy' in the sense that I buy stuff wherever I happen to encounter it, but if it makes a difference i could buy it where it's most beneficial to the merchant.

AFAIK, the merchant's cut is the same either way.

Somebody on another forum said that CP doesn't pass on the purchaser's info to the merchant - leaving them a bit blind as to who has legit use of their stuff.

When I buy something from CP, I always IM the merchant and let them know that I bought it thru CP.

good idea - I'll check my purchases to see if I need to do the same.

CP passes the info of buyer to merchant even for freebie's. But CP is broke a lot, so the effect may be that it doesn't always send.

We, mercants are informed if it's a CP purchase and the cut is the same. Even if we don't get an E-bot (which seens to be sick today) we can see it in the merchant reports. Nerd3D
