svdl (search for him in freestuff) does some excellent dynamic clothing for V3. (for, as may be obvious, free) :-))

Shoes... not likely to find any dynamic shoes. Shoes are mostly too rigid for the cloth room, and would provide great problems with colliding with both the figure and the ground...

I've never seen any, free or otherwise..

Cheers,
Diolma

Edited to add:
Oh: and don't forget that dynamic clothing for characters other than V3 can usually be "fitted" to V3 with a bit of work (a process sometimes known as "shrink-wrapping")...

Best shoes are by idler168 (former B-man). They pose easily and conform darn near perfect. I agree with the previous posters, get the free stuff first, it works great; and then you can change materials in the material room.

Francr, Just a comment here and I may be mis interperating your post... I would recommend using Dynamic clothing but for the best posing I'd use shoes that were either conforming (so the toes can be bent, but the rest of the shoe will, mostly, retain it's shape, or that are smart props (personally I like smart props for platform style soles since they wouldn;t bend anyway...). Using shoes dynamically tends to let them distort into odd looking shapes.. mike
