Hi guys. When my PC went down in October it took these two shots with it.(No lectures about backing up please...I learned my lesson...sigh). Anyway,it's back up and running now. While it's too late for the challenge, obviously,I'd still like to share them and hear what you think. Thanks. Hope you're all having a lovely evening/day etc...

I got de ja vu !!! - only kiddin' :)) Interesting shots the first because it is something I bet millions of people have walked passed and not noticed the second for it's clean lines and thought provoking expression. :)

That second shot is awesome!!! So clear and sharp with beautiful colors!! Did u use a polarizing filter there? Looks like it. I really love that second shot!! Really spot on!

OH WOW!!!! That second shot is totally awesome! What a classy shot, should be framed and hung on the wall of some marina or something. Beautiful photo! That first one is a roof you say???? REALLY????? If i look up under my roof all i see are bird nests, lol. Amazing detail. Pity you couldnt submit them...but at least you took them. And thats what the challenge is all about. #:O) P.S. Your presentation of that boat is FLAWLESS!!!!

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Thanks Andreas. LOL @ your bird nests. I was actually in the middle of working on that boat pic when my PC went into an unwakable and unwanted hibernation.Luckily I had just saved it at the time... I was so happy to see it again.I really wasn't sure how to 'frame' it...So thank you for saying the presentation is good. That means alot to me.

Attached Link: OCT CHALLENGE

Well you would not believe this...but there just happened to be 2 vacant spots left over in the Oct page. Seeings how your PC was down, and I have the FTP open....they found their way on to the page. Both are extreme povs.I do favour the second one, and agree with Andreas about the print. See for yourself....that the two spots were left open.
