Subject: How to return a purchased once downloaded?

clarkking ( ) posted Sun, 13 November 2005 at 7:33 PM · edited Fri, 17 January 2025 at 8:11 PM

I have purchased an item and would like to return it. Upon rendering a texture from the end of days product to be used with as's see no evil i find that there is a copyright notice that is very visible on the left front thigh. I guess its not a problem excpet that I dont want that in my renders every time! The readme with the product gives pretty clearly the authorization to use the texture for private or commercial use. My appliction is ONLY private, but I don't want text in the middle of my render!!! What can I do? I have contacted the merchant (ana benjamin "secretheart") already but have not heard back yet. Thank you. Clark King

Hi Clark, Please give the merchant a chance to respond to you. Per our Return Policy, the merchant provides product support before a refund is issued. Since it is the weekend, kindly give her 24-48 hours to respond. Thank you! Deb

I replied to your email within 10 minutes of the time you sent it and explained to you that the problem you were having is a result of applying the wrong MAT pose to the clothing item, NOT a problem with my package. As of this time I have sent you 3 emails, none of which you have replied to. If you have further questions PLEASE direct them to me via email, as I do not necessarily get around to checking EVERY forum on a regualar basis. (You posted this in 2 separate forums BEFORE even giving me a reasonable chance to reply to your email) As I have said, this is NOT a problem with the package, but a problem with the way you are using it.

You're right and i apologize about the inconvenience. This was my fault and I let my skepticism get the best of me, I apologize for jumping to conclusions. The fact is most difficulties I've had I have found to be user error. This is a lesson I have learned, I'm sorry that it had to be you to help me learn. I did post to two forums and again I should have just emailed you first without posting to the forum board. You responded right away and provided a solution to my error one that I should have found myself, yet you helped me learn my error and provided the solution. Thank you for your help, CK
