They really rake in those advertising dollars, lol. Time to revamp all those links/graphics again anyway. AS

When will they stop calling Bryce a 'Landscaper' ?

"When will they stop calling Bryce a 'Landscaper' ? " That's how it started, I guess. They really ought to call it a "Poserizer" Looks like a cool program, though. I had Bryce 4, but I lost it somewhere. shrug It was a gift. I never used it much anyway. Should be interesting to see what DAZ does with it.

eudoxus is new here to Renderosity, about a month. Bryce, Vue, World Builder, Terragen, and MojoWorld will always be referred to as Landscaping programs. Especially by most high-end users, lol. AS

Thanks, agent Smith. :) Yeah, I'm behind the times, but damn, the "times" just move on so fast now...not enough time to catch up! hey, I wasn't knocking the fact that the link was here...just the annoyance factor. The people who stocked the page with Flash ads....

AgentSmith ( ) posted Sun, 20 November 2005 at 6:34 PM

I put that link up there a LONG time ago. Back when it had been a lifetime since Bryce users had seen ANY news about Bryce anywhere, lol. My most hated flash ads )on other sites) are those ones that actually appear layered on top of, and usally in the middle of your page view (usually Yahoo), or animated ads with bugs or spiders, which seem to be oh, so popular... Hey Guys, I just went to the site and did not have any flash animations at all...I dd have some placeholders tho. This is probably old news to all of you but it is how I did it. If the animations are troublesome you can turn them off in your 'Internet Options' selection in the tools dropdown from the header bar. When the options window opens up go to the Advanced Tab and scroll down to you come to Multimedia section and uncheck 'play animations in web pages'. Waalaa, no more annoying animations.

Eudoxus: My apologies! No disrespect intended! I foolishly assumed that you were from another forum and had been just tinkering with Bryce in the darkness. Welcome to the asylum! AS is Wise!
