i dont realy understand how to use key-frames to make the model not fuse poses into one jumbled movement. help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

You mean you want to know how to make a smooth transition from one pose to the other?

Well you have to hold some frames while moving others. There is no easy way to do it, you have to tweak the animation by hand.

okay, so after i pose it i just have to tweak it so it looks right while its moving? if thats it thats easier than i thought. thanks

I'm not sure what software you're using, but if you're using Poser Dr. Geep has some excellent tutorials on both keyframing animation and on the Graph Editor. You can find them by doing a search in the Poser Forum.

I think they are all included in the Poser Backroom. At least they were when I was a Poser mod, haha!
