LOL @ Zelda....i doubt begging will help ya know. #;O) Im gonna cast my vote on.....hmmmmm....sooooo hard.....hmmmm...ah what the heck....number 10. If anything else, it will be fun seeing where all you folks live. #:O)
How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when
isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is
supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Who can resist Zelda's begging, lol. Actually,I think number 10 is a great idea.I'd love to see everybody's town/city and the holiday's are a nice time of year to photo your 'town',as well. So #10 for me!!!

LOL youz guys... I figured we all show our town on every gallery upload almost. Most of us do. Does this mean collages now. Maybe part of this challenge could be a little journalistic write up too. I'm in for #10 too then.

Will a village do? Or does it have to be a town? #:o/

Capturing the soul/essence of "a town" does not necessarily mean it has to be "NICE" or "beautiful" A photo-journalist is looking to get "news worthy" images and this could include the dark side of town...those sights that are RARELY seen or most people don't know about! But I guess, it would depend on the "assignment", as local events and historical type stuff would be considered "news" at time as well!
I think Doug made a GREAT point too...we do see ALOT of town type images already! If this does get chosen, it would be NEW images taken in December! Not pulling stuff out of your archives and doing a bit of postwork! (this actually goes for ANY challenge we do! - Just a friendly reminder!)
On that note...my pick for December is Alphabet Soup! (Its just been hangin there waiting to be picked for SO LONG!) I think this one will challenge us to see/look at things in a different way!

So hard to stay on topic, heh heh.
I vote #10 as well. I'm sure you "townless" folk can come up with a creative substitute! =]

Kort Kramer - Kramer Kreations
looks a lot like a "town" and "collage" merge into one. Once I realized it was not college I got my thoughts together. Whatever happens...I will try. This previous still current month, silhoutte has been quite a challenge. Would alphabet include greek or other alphabets? Sorry, thinking too much or not enough. LOL. TomDart.
